March 8, 2024
It is with great sadness that the family of Sheila Ruth Carnegie announce her passing on March 8, 2024 at the age of 71.
Sheila is survived by her son John; daughter Diana (Mike) and their children Brennan, Ezrae, and Nyha; as well as numerous siblings and their children of the Buckmaster family.
Sheila loved gardening, working in the yard, and spending time outside. If you did manage to catch her inside, it was a good chat and a game of cards. She was a selfless woman who made significant contributions to both the Gray and Milestone, SK communities.
A Come and Go Tea will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the Masonic Hall, Milestone, SK. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Sheila’s memory to the Sask. Health Authority Palliative Care Services.
Her presence and contagious smile will be profoundly missed and her memory will forever be cherished.

I am so sad to hear of Sheila's passing. She was a wonderful influence in my life as a teen. The Buckmaster girls offered a place of refuge for me and I am forever grateful for that. Sheila and I reconnected and caught up on each others lives at Canadian Blood Services, where I worked and she was a blood donor. She hadn't changed…still Sheila, a caring, giving person. I found out Sheila was very ill when Enid and I met for lunch in Regina last December. My prayers are with the family and I want to offer my deep condolences to you all. Rest In Peace Sheila

Our love and support go out to John, Diana and their families. Sheila was a stong, confident vibrant person. Her laugh was contagious. She will forever be in our hearts and memories. We know the family feels a hole in their lives, but we pray that all the memories, love and laughter that your mom, grandma (and our sister) shared over the years will help to fill the void. Sheila will be missed by all whose life she impacted.
John, Diana and family, sending hugs to all of you. Your mom’s smile could light up a room and her friendship is one we will never forget.

My sincere condolences. I knew Sheila a very long time ago. In 1979 she was one of my bridesmaids. Years passed and we did lose touch but I have many fond memories of Sheila. She was so kind and compassionate, but was quick to share a laugh and a friendly smile.
