It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Roy Munns at the age of 55. He will be remembered by his love of Jane, people, pool, business and his contagious laugh.

Survived by his wife Jane Gordon; father Dwight Munns; children Ryder (Heather), Gage, Justin, Dwight and Adrianna; and his sister Tina.

He was predeceased by his mother Donna.

Roy was born in Ontario, but was raised in the Prairies. He worked in various fields, but always came back to landscaping. In 2006, he moved back to Saskatchewan and started his own company K9 Kaddie. In 2009, he met Jane and together they started their current company Think Green Industries Ltd, working side by side every day. In 2021, they started GEM Management & Development Ltd, expanding on his interest of real estate and investment.

He loved to debate anything! Roy was accepting of everyone and their differing opinions and had one of the biggest hearts. He was the life of the party wherever he went, be it the shop on Friday nights with his “bro” Becky and friends shooting pool, or at a tournament in the States. Nobody in a room left without knowing his name.

Roy loved animals, but especially his little dogs Gator, Diezzy, Ellie, and much to his chagrin, Miss Puff the cat. The security shop dogs Georgia and Bandit always knew who to go to for an extra treat.

Celebration of life will be held at Thoe Bill’s Restaurant and Lounge, 530 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Roy may be made to the Regina Humane Society.
