Leo Tuchscherer

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Leo Tuchscherer, 2 days after his 92nd birthday, on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Regina Pasqua Hospital.

Leo leaves to mourn, Louise, his wife of 66 years, his two sons, 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; son Rodney (Janice): granddaughter Ashley (Keaton Doerksen), great-grandchildren Jette and Archer Leo, granddaughter Hailey (Mike Gelowitz) great-grandchild Gemma; Russell (Diane): granddaughter Brooke (Ian Stecyk), great-grandchildren Penny and Oakes, grandson Carter (Aleah McCollagh), granddaughter Janelle Burton and great-grandchild Ashley.

Leo was predeceased by his daughter Debra in 2020. He was also predeceased by his parents Ignatz and Carolina Tuchscherer, his brothers Karl and Lambert and his sisters Elizabeth and Magdalena.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the RCMP Chapel, 2 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK. RCMP security requires those wishing to attend, to RSVP by Tuesday, August 13, 2024 to russ.t@sasktel.net. Interment in the RCMP Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Regina Palliative Care Inc. 4F- 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, S4T 1A5. Our family is thankful for the respectful and compassionate care given to Leo in his final days. Special thanks to nurse Maria.

I am so sorry to hear this very sad news.. Growing up next door to the Tuchscherers was an extension of family ❤️.. I will always have the fondest memories of Leo, his calm and friendly demeanor.
