Geiger, Joanne “Jerry” Geraldine

With heavy hearts the family of Jerry Geiger, late of Southey, Saskatchewan, announces her faithful departing on June 27, 2024 in Regina, Saskatchewan after a short but courageous battle with cancer at the age of 73 years.
She was predeceased by her infant daughter Joalan; her parents Joseph and Dorothy St. Julien; her sisters Marie St. Julien, Dianne Erickson and Dolly St. Julien; brother-in-law Darrell Wade; sister-in-law Donna Dahl; and father-in-law Al Geiger.
Jerry is survived by her husband of 48 years, Gary; sons Cody and Brett (Courtney); her sisters Gloria Wade, Jacqueline Geiger (Don), Kate St. Julien and Teresa MacLeod; her brother Charles Dahl; brothers-in-law Fred Erickson and Frank Wailand; sister-in-law Shelley Berezowski (Mark); mother-in-law Doris Geiger; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, who Jerry adored so much.
Funeral Mass Celebrating Jerry’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in St. James Roman Catholic Church, Southey, Saskatchewan. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Regina, Saskatchewan. As per Jerry’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry’s name to St. James Roman Catholic Church, Southey, Saskatchewan or a local charity of choice.

Jerry was a good friend for many years. We had lots of fun adventures, great celebrations, and quite good times together. It was so difficult to see her struggle with many health issues and pain in recent years.
