July 11, 2025
Jeff was born to Bob and Carol McAfee in Regina, Saskatchewan. He passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 52 years. He was the second child of three, oldest brother Scott (Amanda) McAfee and younger sister Laurie (Doug) Ashmore. He had one child with Cristin McCann, a son Brandon McCann (Brooke).
Jeff spent his whole life living in Regina, Saskatchewan. He spent his childhood riding bikes, playing hockey and hanging out with neighborhood friends. He met Cristin and they had his only son Brandon, who he loved very much and enjoyed all the time that they got to spend together. He later went on to start his own landscaping business Mac’s Adrenaline Contracting. He had a passion for the work he did and he always strived for people to be happy with what he created for them. In his spare time he enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, bike riding, restoring cars, among many other activities. Anything fast paced and high intensity, Jeff loved it!
He had a charismatic personality, a contagious smile and a huge heart! He was always willing to help anyone that needed a hand and rooted for the underdog. Jeff couldn’t go anywhere in the city without running into someone he knew.
Jeff struggled with addiction for many years that separated him from family and friends. He was not able to rise above the hold it had on him. If this would have been an easy solution, he would be with us today. We all need to be needed and loved in spite of our problems. Rest in peace Jeff, your struggles are over and God loves you. We will meet you again in a better time and space.
A private family service will be held at this time with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.

We grew up in the same hood of Glen Elm. No clue when we met because it was probably preschool or something at an early age. Growing up through elementary then high school and as early adults we would cross paths and have a laugh. It was a pleasure knowing you and have some memories to carry your spirit. 🤘🏻

McAfee family, We are saddened to hear of Jeff’s passing and your family’s loss.
We came to know Jeff through his relationship with Andie. He was a lot fun, was great with children (he was the cool uncle), and was always willing to help out, especially with Norine after Greg’s passing.
Although he had many stories of his colourful life, in quiet moments he would speak of his family and his love for them. Rest in Peace, Jeff.

I was a work colleague of Jeff's for the past 7 years. This guy was always super friendly. "What's going on brother was what he would say" I have never seen somebody with that work ethic. He is definitely missed at office and will always be remembered. Rest in peace my friend .
