It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Edward Grover our beloved father, uncle, brother and grandfather on March 11, 2025 at the age of 76

He was predeceased by his father Edward; his mother Elsie; his brother Bobby; his son Timothy; and nieces Roxanne and Jelena. George is survived by his son Trevor (Leanne); his grandchildren Andrew (Sophie), Eric (Jessi) and Alyx; his brother Jake; his sisters Jeanette, Barbara, Joyce (Ervin), Marion and Debra; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends who held a special place in his heart, including a special bond with his great-nephew JoJo (Jayden).

George was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan and worked as a heavy-duty mechanic. He cherished spending time with his family and friends, enjoyed watching the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Regina Pats and could often be found listening to CKRM. One of George’s favourite pastimes was to sit at the picnic table at the Lebret Church with Diego, while fishing and listening to the Roughrider Football game.

In accordance with George’s wishes, no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations in George’s memory may be made to Kinsmen Telemiracle.
