I spoke with Geoff when a mutual friend passed away. Emma, I want you to know that your Dad loved you so, so much and he was very, very proud of you. He spoke about you moving to Calgary and how he missed and loved you. My condolences to you and your mom and all who loved Geoff. May he RIP.

Our thoughts and condolences have been with you Ronda, Emma and family! Geoff will be remembered as a family man who was thoughtful and cared deeply. His pride and love as a father was second to none as was seen through his warm and light hearted relationship with Emma! As his extended family, we felt that warm family connection with his big smile , warm hugs and sincere presence that filled the room. We always enjoyed our visits whether it was playing games, joking around or just talking about family, work experiences and life in general. We had some good laughs and treasure those good memories. Geoff will be greatly missed! Our hearts and love go out to Ronda, Emma and family!

I was very sorry to hear of Geoff's passing, far too soon and much too young. I hope his family can take some comfort in the fact that he was genuinely liked by everyone who worked with him. We worked together at CTV Saskatoon. Besides his sense of humour and his endless creativity, my best memory of Geoff is being the driving force behind Hometown Tour, one of the most successful initiatives CTV has done in many years. I remember him pitching it when it was basically an idea on a napkin, and while it took many people to make it happen, it wouldn't have happened without Geoff. Rest in peace.

Geoff was a friend to my husband Wade and to our family for over 30 years. Reading these messages will I know be one of the ways you keep Geoff with you, and remember that he had an impact on many other people, so I am going to leave you with a happy memory. When our son Kyle was very young, and we lived in Saskatoon, Geoff would invite us over to his apartment to watch movies, where we were greeted with a blacked out living room, theater seating, popcorn and treats, and an ENORMOUS full sized movie projector. He had the old concession trailer with the opening trailer for concessions with those dancing treats šŸ˜‚, and while the movie was always fun, watching Geoff and listening to him talk about movies and film stands out in my mind-he was so incredibly talented, and so passionate about it. And he simply LOVED to make people smile. He will be missedā¤ļø

Geoff, I am saddened to learn of your passing, I can't believe it. To Rhonda, and your daughter and families, deepest sympathy. Geoff was brilliant, creative light that I loved working with at CTV. Also, I loved all the CTV parties that we would laugh, and joke, dance, and party all hours together. We shared many a quiet moment too over the years, where our present lives had taken us. He was always welcoming to Thomas and myself to visit him in Regina my deepest regret, is that we did not. Gone too soon, I shall never forget him he gave the best hugs, and that brilliant mind, the wheels were always turning. Sending light and love to his family right now. As Geoff loved Christmas so much I’ll quote ā€œ It’s a Wonderful Lifeā€ . ā€œEvery time a bell rings an angel gets its wingsā€. A bell has absolutely rung. The loss of Geoff is a tragedy for us all, but especially for Ronda and Emma. I’m so sorry. Stan
