Dennis Herman Markwart passed away peacefully at the Sunset Special Care Home, Regina, Saskatchewan on May 29, 2024 at the age of 78 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his longtime companion Andrea MacDonald; his brothers Wallace (Pearl), Leonard (Jenny) and Gerry (Debbie); his sister Verna (Cliff); his brothers Raymond, Gordon and Mervin.
Dennis was predeceased by his father Herman; his mother Elizabeth; his brothers Lorenz (June), Allan (Geraldine), Norman and Glen; his sister Lorraine (Sigmond); sisters-in-law Angeline and Darlene
The family wishes to thank Tammy MacDonald for her amazing support and care for Dennis during his decline in health.
A Private Celebration of Dennis’ Life will be held by family members and close friends at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Neudorf, Saskatchewan at a later date.

Rest in Paradise uncle Dennis, I always enjoyed our visits, whether it was in Regina, Edmonton or just seeing you out at the grocery store. You would always light up when we met. Lots of great memories going back to the farm at Neudorf and rides in the Mustang that you were so proud of
