Brian Erhardt passed away on June 14, 2026 in Regina, Saskatchewan, age 69, with his family by his side.

He leaves to mourn his passing: his mother Alfreda; loving friend Pauline; sons Kevin and Justin; grandson Ashton; his brother Blair; his sister Lisa (Bruce); nephews Kyle, Sean and Connor; niece Ella; brothers-in-law Paul (Betty-Anne), Lee (April), Darwin and Jens; aunts Delores, Leona and Dianne; as well as many relatives, friends and neighbors.

Brian was predeceased by his father Lawrence; his wife Lynne; sisters-in-law Sharon and Kim; parents-in-law Edward and Anne; grandparents Godfrey and Catharina and John and Magdelena; uncles Wilfred E and Wilfred D, Leo, Richard and Roy; aunts Lillian, Agnes and Marian; cousins Gordon and Beverly.

Brian was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1956 and returned with his parents as a small boy to Regina, where he grew up. He married Lynne in 1977 and together they had two sons Kevin and Justin, whom he loved dearly.

Brian loved the outdoors. He was a knowledgeable avid gardener, knew all about farming from time spent on his grandparents’ farm and chose bricklaying, masonry and construction as a trade which he worked for 40 years.

Brian loved all animals and had a keen interest in keeping bees as a hobby. He even looked forward to suiting up when a wasp nest was discovered, to eradicate the pests for anyone who needed help.

Brian was a quiet man who enjoyed the simple things in life: love, friendship, good food, music, gardening, cooking, baking, working hard and taking care of his family, a role he embraced fully. He loved many and it showed by the way he was always willing to help anyone who needed help, never expecting anything in return.

Brian was a good man, who will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

A FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated at Holy Cross Parish, 315 Douglas Avenue East, Regina, Saskatchewan on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Carlos Jimenez, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Regina, Saskatchewan.

In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
