Allen Sverre Cabaniss

Allen Sverre Cabaniss, late of Regina, Saskatchewan passed away suddenly on March 6, 2024 at the age of 57. He passed away doing what he loved most.

Allen was born in Castro Valley, California, U.S.A. on July 22, 1966. He was a beloved husband, father, grandpa (Papa), uncle, cousin, and brother.

Allen will be remembered for his caring and loving heart. He always thought about others before himself. He worked very hard for his family; family came first before anything else. Allen had a wonderful sense of humor and always kept everyone around laughing and smiling. He will be missed by many.

Allen was predeceased by his mother Ione Cabaniss and adoptive father Alvin Cabaniss. Allen is survived by his wife Bonnie Cabaniss; his father Martin Carlsen; son Chris Ward (Darla), son Aaron Cabaniss, daughter Chantele Cabaniss (Jesse), and Amber Cappo; grandchildren James Redstar (Boog), Kato Redstar (KK), Nicky Bartley, Rylie Ward (Princess), Jett Ward (Mini-Me), Angelina Cabaniss (Puppet), and Avery Cabaniss; nephew Jonah Buffalo; mother-in-law Joan Manitopyes (Ma); his sister Barbara Carlsen; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date in the Summer of 2024.

My deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family of AL. I met AL years ago, as we shared the same Doctor and pharmacy, he was the kindest most beautiful person ever.
