September 17, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Landry, late of Regina, Saskatchewan on September 17, 2025 at the age of 69.
Terry was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth Landry; father Edward Landry; his brother Raymond Landry; his sister Katherine Landry; and his spouse Nicole Rioux.
He is survived by his beloved first-born daughter Hope Landry (Christopher Unser) and his treasured granddaughters Emma-Lou Goldsmith, Aurora Unser, and Yorke Unser; his cherished son Ty Landry (Alex Donison); his stepson Chris Rioux; his sister Charlotte Jelenski (Al); his brothers Norm Landry (Edna) and Don Landry (Bev); and nieces and nephews—too many to name, but all held close in his heart.
Terry was born and raised in Regina, where he attended Miller High School before striking out on many different ventures throughout his working life including Road Music and Advanced Engineering.
After suffering a stroke at the early age of 52, Terry embraced early retirement. Though his working years were cut short, he treasured the gift of extra time to spend with his loved ones—time that became some of the most meaningful of his life.
A true tinkerer at heart, Terry could always be found in his shop, working away on projects big and small. He was a devoted Rider fan, a busy body in the best sense, always hovering, always involved, and always keeping tabs on the lives of those around him. He had a knack for showing up early—often well before anyone expected him—ready to lend a hand or simply enjoy the company of family and friends. Terry had the rare quality of being your friend whether you liked it or not, and in that way he built a life full of connection, humor, and loyalty.
Terry’s presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the stories he leaves behind, the laughter he inspired, and the love he gave so freely. A Come and Go Tea to celebrate Terry's Life will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Uplands Community Centre, 20 Weekes Crescent, Regina, SK.

Dear Terry It’s so hard to say goodbye. You were never just my uncle — you were my brother, my friend. I will miss our talks, our laughter, and the bond we shared. Life feels emptier without you here, but I know heaven gained one of the best.
Rest peacefully, and keep watching over me. Until we meet again, I’ll carry you with me always.
With all my love, Wanda

My condolence to Terry's family. I befriended him when my parents moved in next door in Uplands in 2004. Terry was always a happy and friendly guy. Always willing to help anyone or just come over to say hi. After both my parents passed in 2022, Terry would always touch base with me and have a good chat or a tease! Every Riders game he would text me. "Are you ready to watch the game??" He was a good man. (Terry Go Riders Go!!)
We are always available and on call 24/7.
