Ronald Hugh Kenyon passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024 in the Regina General Hospital, Regina, SK surrounded by his family at the age of 74.
Ron was born in Regina, Saskatchewan to Mary and Hugh Kenyon. He spent most of his early years helping on the family farm. After meeting the first love of his life, Denise, they soon married and together they welcomed 3 children into their lives Sheri, Julie and Byron. Ron lived in various locations throughout his life including Milestone, SK, Shedden, ON, Lacadena, SK, White Bear, SK, Bindloss, AB, Tompkins, SK, Bethune, SK, Hudson Bay, SK and finally put his roots down in Moose Jaw, SK. Along the way he worked in the Ford factory in Ontario, owned an Esso agency in White Bear, did some farming, construction, fly in fishing camp guide, drove truck, part owner in his own catering business, worked some retail and finally decided to retire in Moose Jaw.
Within that time frame he was faced with some major life changes. One of those being the loss of his wife Denise, daughter Julie and son Byron. A few years later he met the second love of his life Leslie. Shortly after meeting, there was a new addition to the family, a daughter Melinda. A few years later Ron and Leslie were married.
Ron was predeceased by his wife Denise; daughter Julie; son Byron; his mom Mary; dad Hugh; and his brother Dennis.
Ron is survived by his wife Leslie; daughters Sheri (Terry) and Melinda (Derek); his sister Glenda (David); grandchildren Ashley (Jordan), Lacey, Anika and Brady; great-grandchildren Jaylee, Katie and Alexa; as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the K+S Bethune Community Hall, Bethune, Saskatchewan.

I am so sorry to find out about this just the other day. He was a phenomenal man who had such a big heart. He volunteered with me at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in the Day Surgery area. He was appreciated by everyone there and will be deeply missed.
