Colleen and family, we are terribly sorry to learn of Ray's passing. We worked together in Stony Plain, AB., I will always remember Ray's sense of humour and the pranks we pulled on his recruit Jenny. Ray was a man of many skills from cooking to building his own homes and being a great police officer and friend. Ray will be greatly missed.
