November 19, 2023
Glenn’s heavenly family, his father Herb, brother Scott, niece Angie, brother-in-law Alwin, great-nephew Caden as well as his first fur grand-baby Solomon, were there to receive Glenn and encompass him in God’s love on November 19, 2023.
Glenn will be deeply missed and leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife and the love of his life, Kate; his greatest creations, who he was so proud of, Whitney, Logan (Natashia) and all his fur grandbabies; his mother, Margaret; sisters Diane (Kim) and Janice; Glenn’s in-laws Jim and Myra, Robert, David (Tammy) and Zoë (Mike); Glenn’s nieces and nephews Paul (Bethany), Mariann (Franco), Courtney, Peter (Clare), Nicole (Cal), Samantha, Coleton (Brittany), Megan (Mike), Darian (Andrew), Chandler, Xander, Merrick, Thomas, Tré and Jori.
Summing up his life has not been an easy task. Glenn enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He had a quiet way about him and how he touched those close to him was insurmountable. Glenn enjoyed time with family and friends, assisting his children with improvements around their homes, working on projects at home or just putzing in his garage like his father did before him. Glenn always supported his family’s many events and activities. He maintained a connection to his many nieces and nephews and looked forward to visits with them.
One of his proudest moments recently was being recognized by the local RCMP for his civilian service for 25+ years. Glenn made the most of every moment. He was recently asked about his love of trains and he’d used a train analogy to sum up life, when he responded “Just keep chugging along”. “When life gets tough, when I am gone” he said, “Just look up❤️”.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations can be made in person to the Palliative Care Unit 3A at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina, SK, where his Angels are, or any charity of your choice.
A Memorial will be held at a later date.

Condolences to Kate, Margaret and families. A good man gone too soon. I have good memories of Glen as a ref or linesman in most of my hockey playing life in Lumsden.
