March 16, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luke Alexander Butz who peacefully left us at his home, surrounded by his loving parents on March 16, 2025 at the age of 17.
Luke is survived by his parents Candice and Grant Butz; as well as numerous predeceased and survived grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Luke’s life was a bright and adventurous one, marked by his love for the outdoors, his vibrant spirit, and his ability to bring laughter to those around him.
Luke was a true adventurer at heart. Whether he was hiking through the mountains or camping under the stars, Luke found joy in nature. His interests did not stop there. He also loved music, hunting, fishing, drawing, shopping, baseball, gaming, and woodworking. He had a unique ability to capture the beauty of nature in photos.
He was a loving and caring young man who more than anything enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Celebration of Luke’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in Hillsdale Baptist Church, 101 Munroe Place, Regina, Saskatchewan.
