đź’” Our Hearts Are Broken đź’”
So much heartache, sadness, and so many tears… we are numb. Our handsome, caring, funny, and deeply loving 30 year old son, KYLE NICHOLAS SILLER, passed away unexpectedly from an enlarged heart on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at his home.
KYLE was so much more than a son to Marsha and Tim Selinger. He was a devoted little brother to Kayla (Peter), Candice; Flynn’s favorite Uncle (those two shared a special bond), and a loving boyfriend to Destiny Isaac (whom he treated like a princess); Kyle’s closest cousin/best Bro to Colton, Kade, Jacob, Kurtis and Matt and a nephew to Uncle Al Fitzpatrick, Auntie Gail, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Glen, and Auntie Janice.
He had so many best friends/bros -Jake Buzila, Wyatt, Jayden, Kru, Keegan, Kieran, Ali, Dylan, Josh's, Raven, Brandon, Matt, Cody - and so many more who loved him. He was also an amazing daddy to his puppies, Diamond and Traps.
We miss his big, long, strong hugs. His “love you’s.” His daily phone calls. His laugh, his smile, and that unforgettable loud voice. If you ever looked for him in a crowd, you just found him where everyone was gathered - he’d be there, the loudest one, lighting up the room.
Everyone who knew KYLE knew his love of sports - Blue Jays, Vikings, Ducks, Raptors, UFC and Wrestling. Everyone knew his love for food - “big eats.” Everyone knew he was a mommy’s boy. Everyone who knew him loved him deeply. And everyone who knew him will miss him dearly.
KYLE touched every heart he met. His kindness, warmth, and grace drew people in. His humor made people feel at ease. He put his heart into everything - gaming, boxing, GoodLife gym, biking, walking his puppies, friendship, cooking, surfing, and every passion he had. He was the kind of man who might try and fail, but would always try again.
There are no words big enough for the loss of this young man who meant so much to so many. He will be remembered forever, with so much love.
đź’” We miss you, KYLE. Your hugs, your voice, your laugh, your presence - your everything. CELEBRATION of Life will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Turvey Centre, 100 Armour Road, Highway 6 North, Regina, Saskatchewan.

Marsha Tim and family...I remember when Kyle first came to the lake. Such a nice young man. Shy, Polite, kind and always respectful. It wasn’t fair that Kyle suffered so often all these years and now to pass at such a young age is the most hard of all. We are so sorry for your loss…I can’t imagine being in your shoes. Dear Marsha, Tim & family - Like so many, we were heartbroken upon hearing that Kyle had passed away. He was always polite and upbeat even when we knew that he wasn’t feeling the best. Life was not fair to him, but he seemed to make the best of things and had a positive outlook. We know he will be missed by all who knew him. Our most sincere condolences on your great loss.
