Dear Maggie and family and special friends. I didn’t know John well but I heard wonderful stories about him from his late brother, Doug, who was my beloved partner for 30 plus years. I was told particularly about his sensitivity to others and his kindness. My heart goes out to all of you as it is so difficult to lose a parent, especially one who was so loved and who gave so much love. My sincere condolences.

So very sorry to hear this news. I knew John many years ago and had lost touch with him over the years. Always so friendly and a real “straight shooter” whenever we talked. Thanks for all the memories John, Rest In Peace
