It is with profound sadness, we announce Garth’s peaceful and quiet passing on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at the age of only 64 years.

He is now free from his earthly body after too many years struggling with the devastating effects of vascular dementia and the many difficulties it brought him.

While we will deeply mourn his passing, we are celebrating his life, his complete freedom from any earthly pain and the happy knowledge he is reunited in heaven with his favorite four-legged boys Buster and Teddy, as well as his beloved mother Kay and father Ken. He also joins his brother Stan and his nephew Chris.

Left to cherish the fond memories and happy moments of times gone by is his devoted daughter Tanya, her husband Jeremy and Garth’s very special and loved granddaughters Rilyn and Taelyn. He will also be missed by his siblings Brian (Lisa), Raymond (Kelly) and Gary (Marian).

Private Graveside Service will take place with Garth’s family in Rouleau, Saskatchewan. Those so wishing may make a donation, in Garth’s memory, to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan.
