Frank Peter Greter

Frank Greter passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the age of 94.

Frank was born in Regina, SK, adopted by his parents Alphonse and Clara Greter and raised on a farm near Chamberlain, SK.

Frank was predeceased by his wife Katharina, daughter Kathy (Bob) Bailey, and son-in-law Gordon McRae. Surviving relatives are sisters-in-law Lydia Greter and Vi Greter, children Terry (Bev), Randy (Anita), Bonnie McRae, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Frank was married to Katharina for 48 years, raising his family and farming in the Chamberlain area. Frank worked various jobs throughout his life, and cherished family functions/sport events. After his wife’s passing, Shirley Edwards was a special friend for many years.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2015 – 4th Avenue North, Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stars Air Ambulance.
