Frank was born on November 1, 1938 and passed away on December 16, 2024 with his loving wife by his side.
Frank is survived by his wife of 60 years, Pauline Clements (Englot); his three children Monte Clements, Chad (Pam) Clements, Charlene Domiter (Clements); as well as his five grandchildren Mathew (Travais) Clements, Paige (Coal) Mitchell-Harsch, Kyle Domiter, Daniel Clements, Brayden Lerat; two great-grandchildren Reid and Rhea. He is also survived by his siblings Charles Clements and Marie (Clarke) Downey; as well as his extended family including in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many life-long friends.
He was predeceased by his infant brother Paul Clements, his mother Mary (John) Clements, father Frank Clements and siblings John, Kathy and Shirley.
Frank was born and raised in Regina, SK. He received an accounting certificate from the University of Regina and continued in this career for 30 years with the Provincial Government.
Frank will be remembered for his endless knowledge and love for history and he thoroughly enjoyed sharing this knowledge. He and Pauline shared a passion for the Corvette community, spending many years involved with their local Club where they formed numerous life-long friendships.
Frank was always a constant source of love, support and guidance and we will feel the depth of his absence, but also the lasting impact of his presence in our lives. His care and wisdom will forever be a part of who we are. A Memorial will be held at a later date.
