Donald Leslie Francis passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at the age of 75 in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Don was born in Edmonton, Alberta and spent his life living in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Don was a caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Don was born to Dr. and Mrs. David Francis (both deceased) on April 11, 1948. He is survived by his wife Dorothy; son Leslie (Karen); grandchildren Cole, Paige, Kassidy and David; great-grandson Sebastian; and by his sister Susan (nee Francis) Lemieux (Mike) and their children. Don was a loving individual who loved to play cards, golf and badminton. He loved to laugh and did not mind laughing at himself.
The family would like to thank all the staff and physicians at the Regina General Hospital for the kind and compassionate care they showed Don and his family.
A Private Family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Flowers gratefully declined. In memory of Don donations may be made to any lung or kidney charity of choice.
