It is with great love, sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diane Greuel on June 4, 2025 at the age of 73.

Diane was born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan on June 1, 1952.

Diane was predeceased by her parents, Yvonne and Hubert and her brothers-in-law Gary and Larry.

She is survived by her sisters, Marlene and Karen (Doug); nieces Cherie, Christy (Peter), Charlene; nephew Shawn (Bernadette); great-nephews Kalan, Trae, Caine; great-niece Jayda; good friend Jean and along with many cousins and friends.

Throughout her life in Calgary and Regina, Diane worked hard at her jobs and was a devoted employee and enjoyed all challenges that she encountered.

Diane was a special person that lived her life to the fullest every day and always looked forward to tomorrow. She had a very positive outlook on life and was a strong willed and outgoing person.

Diane loved the Saskatchewan Roughriders and definitely was a devoted “Rider Fan” Green was her colour.

Diane enjoyed a round of golf with friends and golfed many unique and interesting courses. No matter how cold or hot the weather was, she enjoyed her outdoor walks.

She enjoyed football games, hockey games, outdoor biking, and taking bus tours. The two most interesting bus tours were to California and to the Canadian East coast.

In her relaxing time, she enjoyed her exercise bike, reading books, and writing poems.

Diane loved family get-togethers, kid’s hockey games, Christmas concerts or having suppers, all was such a rewarding and enjoyable time.

Diane‘s presence will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of those who love her. Her memory will live on in the stories she leaves behind.

Honouring Diane‘s wishes there will be no service. A private family get together will be held to celebrate her life.
