July 29, 2026

It is with deepest regret that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, David John Zborowski, on July 29, 2026.
David is survived by his loving wife, Dianne; his son, Christian Soucie; and his beloved grandson, Ettore Barlow-Soucie. He is also survived by his sister, Candace Shaw; his aunt, Marie Pacileo; many cousins; and dear friends.
He was predeceased by his father, John, and his mother, Isabel.
David was born in Ituna, Saskatchewan, and grew up in Sedley, Saskatchewan. He met his wife in Regina, Saskatchewan and they shared 48 wonderful years of marriage together.
After leaving Sedley, David moved to Burnaby, British Columbia, where he worked for Kelly Douglas for several years. Upon returning to Regina, he worked at Commercial Printers before finishing his career with Canada Post, where he remained until his retirement.
David formed many lasting friendships throughout his life and treasured the personal connections he shared with family and friends. In his pastime, he enjoyed playing pool, golf, and listening to country western music.
As a proud grandfather, David took great pride in spending as much time as he could with his grandson, playing Monopoly, Aggravation, and watching sports. Every moment they shared was precious.
David had a heart of gold and generously shared his time helping two special children in need. His kindness, generosity, and quiet compassion touched the lives of many.
There will be a private family gathering.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
David will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
