Dear Dad ❤ (aka: silver fox or strass) Its been just a few weeks since you left us to see Ronnie! I know your in a better place and not suffering anymore! You are the best person in my 59 years on earth and I will never forget you and will always love you! Little story about My Dad: Ron (Dad) The hardest working man I Know! started with the Regina police service in July 1960 and retired in November 1987. He was very proud to be a police officer. He helped start the SWAT team in Regina and belonged to one of the original teams for the Regina to Balgonie Bed Derby. Ronald was a very hard worker and took up landscaping, first with R & R Concrete/ Construction and Elite Concrete/Excavation, and then later with Artistic Landscaping. He was also an avid jogger and liked to stay fit. Ron enjoyed travelling to Arizona with his wife Eileen for the winters. And absolutely loved riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle. These are things He really Enjoyed. When it came to my Dad he really loved and never judged any and all of His Kids and grand children & great-grand kids. We will all miss you and love you Dad / Grandpa 😢

(Son) Jeff Strassburger (Coreene); his granddaughter, Shandee Waldbauer (Cynthia Hunt) and great grandchild, William Waldbauer-Hunt; his granddaughter, Shea Strassburger (Colton Crone) and great grandchild, Lucy Crone; his grandson, Chase Strassburger (Sydney Ulrich) and great grandchildren, Leah Strassburger, and Rylan and Joel Ulrich; his granddaughter, Carly Sigda-Holyoak; his granddaughter, Kristen Sigda-Holyoak; his son, Kevin Strassburger; his daughter, Michelle Strassburger; his granddaughter, Tamara Hayashi; his granddaughter, Shayla Hayashi; his grandson, Keifer Smithson ; his daughter-in-law, Judy Strassburger; his grandson, Travis Fraser, his grandson, Scott Strassburger; his grandson, Ryan Strassburger (Carla Myers) and great grandchildren, Noah and Remy Myers; his daughter, Bonnie Young; his son, Troy Young; his grandson, Dallas Young; his son, Trent Young; his grandson, Turner Young; Love your family ❤RIP❤

Dear Pops, I am finally coming to terms that you are really gone. You stepped up to the plate during my teen years when I needed a father the most. We may have had some rough times but your love for mom and me and my brothers shone through in everything that you did for us and I will be forever grateful to you. You have left a positive lasting impression in my aching heart that can never be erased. If anyone deserves to be called home to God it is you. Till we meet again. Love you forever, Bonnie

Eileen and family my deepest condolences on the passing of Ron. While growing up after my dad passed Ron was always around to steer me correct and guide me back. Anytime I ran into him over the years he would spend time talking like we never missed time. He was always in my thoughts as the years passed we lost a very special person and a great cousin.
