Karen Gosselin

Karen Gosselin, late of Regina, SK passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 72 years.

She was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Marie (Forest) Gosselin. Karen is survived by her loving sister Lorraine Gosselin (Marcel Magotiaux); step-niece Michelle Michaely (Rene and children Sawyer and Sage); step-nephew René Magotiaux (Suzy and children Owen and Drew); goddaughter Grace (Daok) VanMelle; cousins and friends.

Karen worked for 40 years at the Department of Agriculture in Swift Current, SK and Regina, SK where she enjoyed her career and made life-long friends.

We would like to say a special thank you to our cousin Jean and our “soul sister” Fairlee for their warmth and support during Karen’s illness. Thank you also to Dr. Johnson and the angels in the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit 3A, the personnel from the Palliative Home Care Program and Dr. Al-Hayki from the Allan Blair Cancer Centre. Your kindness and compassion made such a difference on this journey.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in Paroisse Saint-Jean-Baptiste Parish, 2517 - 25th Avenue, Regina, SK.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation to the Hospitals of Regina Foundation in support of Palliative Care at the Pasqua Hospital (write Palliative Care in memo line of cheque), #225 - 1874 Scarth St, Regina, SK S4P 4B3.
